Went to the ribfest up in NH yesterday, the event is huge. While I didn’t get any delicious extra moist brisket as it was southern style rather then Texas style, I did have some pulled pork.
While the ribs and drinks were cheap, not much else was. Compounded by the hour long lines for most of the concession places, the place was good but definitely at or beyond capacity. As such, we only got to try one location, and we selected the one with the shortest line, which as expected wasn’t the best ribs on site. Avoid T-Roy’s BBQ and wait for Rasta Joe’s BBQ, Aussom Aussie BBQ, or Gator BBQ.
