A pet peeve of mine is when a feed changes it’s unique ID’s to each article, and I get a wave of “new” articles that are really your previous articles with new ID’s.

Thus Google Reader claims that sites like err.the_blog have ~9 new articles, all conveniently published at the exact same time 6:52 AM (Who knows if that’s the Site’s time stamp or if it’s properly translated into my time zone, or if it’s when Google picked up the new articles).

Every blog that does this, I unsubscribe. It shows incompetence with either your programming ability or your tool set. Either way, when I’m coming to a site for primarily technical information, I expect a little bit of ability in your publishing system.
